John Williamson P.Geol.


Mr. Williamson is the founder of North Country Gold Corp., an independent consultant and entrepreneur with more than 25 years experience, including 18 years in the management, development and governance of public companies conducting worldwide mineral exploration and mining. Mr. Williamson has a Bachelor of Science, Specialization in Geology, (1988) from the University of Alberta. Mr. Williamson is a professional geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). He is also a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and Member of the Society of Economic Geologists. During his career he has founded over 10 junior resource and or mining companies with gold, nickel and diamond-based operations in Canada, the United States, Western Australia, South America and Africa.

Mr. Williamson has served as Chairman, President, CEO, CFO, Director and or Advisor of TSX Venture and ASX listed companies.; North Country Gold Corp. (since April 2010), Niblack Mineral Developments Inc. (April 2010 to January 2012), CBR Gold Corp. (August 1998 to May 2010), Brilliant Resources Inc. (since September 2003); Indicator Minerals Inc. (April 2001 to March 2005); Kaminak Gold Corporation (since November 2005), Graphite One Resources Inc. (since March 2006), Corsa Coal Corp., Altiplano Minerals Ltd., and Australian-listed Sentosa Mining Ltd. During his career, Mr. Williamson has been instrumental in financing over $250 million in equity or debt financing, conducted over $200 million in exploration and has grossed over $95 million in metal sales.

PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Sean Mager B.Comm.

Sean has a Bachelor of Commerce (1989) from the University of Alberta and more than twenty years of experience in the development, management and governance of public and private enterprise. His mining background includes serving as COO of an aboriginal development corporation during establishment of BHP’s Ekati Diamond Mine; as Financial Management Analyst for Resources and Economic Development with the Government of Canada's Northwest Territories; and as VP Corporate Development for a publicly listed mining logistics company. Since 1998, Mr. Mager has co-founded and developed several public companies that have conducted mineral exploration and mining worldwide, with precious metal, base metal, diamond and industrial mineral interests in North and South America, Australia, Asia and Africa.

He has served as President, Vice President, Director, Advisor, Chief Operating Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer for several TSXV and ASX listed companies, including Brilliant Resources Inc., North Country Gold Corp., Graphite One Resources Inc., Altiplano Minerals Ltd., Niblack Mineral Development Inc., Kaminak Gold Corporation, Indicator Minerals Inc., Corsa Coal Corp., and Grizzly Discoveries Inc.

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Peter Kleespies, M.Sc, P.Geol.

Mr. Kleespies is a professional geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and has 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and mine development projects. Mr. Kleespies has worked for both junior and senior companies, including Metallica Resources, BHP Minerals Canada Limited, and Miramar Mining Corporation overseeing the geological aspects of grassroots through to advanced stage, major exploration and development projects in Canada, South America, Australia and Africa.

Mr. Kleespies expertise ranges from conceptual project generation, grassroots exploration, large-scale surface and underground drill programs, bulk sampling, deposit modeling and resource estimation. Mr. Kleespies has demonstrated the application of sound technical principles and ability to integrate complex geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets in the search for, delineation and development of economically viable mineral deposits. Since 2004, Mr. Kleespies has held the position VP Exploration with North Country Gold Corp. and formerly managed exploration projects at Hope Bay for Miramar Mining Corporation.

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Dean Besserer P.Geol.

Mr. Besserer, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (1995), was a geological consultant since 1994 and former principal and Managing Director of APEX Geoscience Ltd., a geological consulting firm with offices in Canada, Peru and Australia.  Mr. Besserer is currently a Director of Brilliant Resources Inc. as well as VP Exploration and Director for Graphite One Resources Inc.  Mr. Besserer was formerly the Managing Director for Sentosa Mining Ltd. and a director of Niblack Mineral Development Inc.  His industry experience includes exploration and property evaluations in Canada, Australia, Russia, South East Asia, North East Asia, China, South America and Africa for numerous major and junior mining companies for commodities including gold, base metals, graphite, potash, phosphate and diamonds.  Mr. Besserer has managed exploration programs with annual exploration budgets in excess of $10 million and been the Qualified Person (QP) for exploration and development projects with annual budgets in excess of $30 million.  Mr. Besserer is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
